Pilates is one of the safest and most effective exercise systems available. Designed to develop strong flexible muscles without bulk the STOTT PILATES® method improves spinal alignment and produces a longer leaner posture.

The best way to maximise results is by having one to one private sessions or a duo session. Not only will this deepen your understanding of the pilates principles but it will allow an individual programme to be created for you, depending your body’s needs and personal goals. Customised sessions are suitable for the most sedentary to the most athletic individual.

Depending on your committments I can work out a programme that is suitable for you.

  • Payments

Payment is by cash or cheque. Online payments may be made by request.

Cheques are to be made payable to Annie Rees.

6 week courses must be paid in advance.

Places are allocated on receipt of payment.

  • Cancellation Policy

Cancellations with less than the required 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of the total payment for the

session.

Cancellations may be made by phone (call or text) or via email.

Block bookings are non-refundable.

  • Start Times

Please try to arrive 5 minutes before the start of your session.

  • Dress code

It is recommended to work out in socks or bare feet for all Pilates/Yoga classes.

Trainers are required for ‘PowerPlate’ and ‘Cardio and Core’ Sessions.

It is important to wear comfortable clothing and layers, for example, tracksuit bottoms or leggings and a t-shirt or sweatshirt.
